This training focuses on moving beyond traditional psychology's focus on human deficits to instead prioritize natural talents as the foundation for excellence. Using the CliftonStrengths assessment, the program guides individuals through a three-step ASC’s ABC Agenda: Assessing innate Talents, Building those into functional Strengths, and Cultivating a Spiritual Core. Soul Mates for Life

Soul Mates For Life (SMFL) is military-edition training that introduces the SDI 2.0 methodology, a framework designed to strengthen marriages by enhancing relational intelligence. The core curriculum focuses on the Motivational Value System (MVS), which categorizes individuals into seven types based on their drive for people, performance, or process. Participants learn to identify their primary motives, represented by colors like Blue, Red, and Green, to better understand their natural wiring and communication styles. The material emphasizes that behavior is driven by motivation, particularly how these drivers shift during the three stages of conflict.
