About the Book
Engage Your Strengths [EYS] blends Gallup’s popular StrengthsFinder® assessment and coaching process with biblical foundations and extended Scripture engagement. EYS builds on the belief that everyone has God-given talents that become strengths when coupled with skills and knowledge. The goal is to help leaders live their strengths and engage God’s Word daily. Each leader receives a personalized strengths discovery report with an action plan for applying their strengths and a summary of the biblical underpinnings of strengths with a guide for more in-depth Scripture engagement. As men and women refine and practice their strengths they will be equipped to consistently achieve excellence and maximize their God-given talents.

Succeed By Being Who You Were Created to Be
“I am thrilled that Gallup’s Faith Practice and the Armed Services Ministry are honoring and partnering with chaplains who have faithfully served our nation in the U.S. military. I have always been intrigued with the impact that one can have if they live their lives leveraging the strengths that God has given them. I am equally convinced that engagement in Scripture is the key to being truly satisfied with life – even in the tough times. I am fascinated that Armed Services Ministry is providing them with a strengths-based program that will help them also experience the life-changing message of God’s Word. Imagine the impact this will have on our nation!”
“For four straight years, U.S. Army Chaplains (along with Air Force, Navy, Marine, & Coast Guard Chaplains) were trained with Engage Your Strengths. ASM made countless trips to the United States Army Chaplain Center and School and the Armed Forces Chaplaincy Center (AFCC) to facilitate this valuable training program. I was inspired by their passion. It seemed that everywhere I traveled to visit our Unit Ministry Teams and Soldiers – whether in United States Forces-Europe, U.S. Pacific Command, or the myriad of camps, posts, or stations in the continental United States, they were there training Chaplains, leaders, and family members to engage and live out their God-given strengths.”
“ASM provides spiritual resources to military chaplains to help serve the service members and their families. Gallup will help them create a custom version of a Strengths and Scripture Engagement workbook and training that will be utilized to help chaplains better address both Emotional and Spiritual Fitness. Gallup and ASM will literally help save the lives of some of the men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe.”
“JE, just wanted to say thanks you for the major role you played in landing such meaningful and important work with ABS and the Corps of Military Chaplains. You probably saw Jeremy’s note that went out throughout our organization, but it was pretty obvious that there were more lines by your name than by anyone else. It is obvious that this would not have happened with out your effort and relationships. I am especially thankful, because it appears that it may be giving me a chance to do more of what I do best. It may be one of the reasons that God called me out of the ministry into the market place. Who knows. Needless to say, I am appreciative of your efforts, thrilled with the outcome and hopeful for the impact that can be made on people in our military and their families. Thanks for helping to get something really BIG off of the ground. Blessings.”
